妥当な印象
【店舗概要】
月島のもんじゃストリートから少し離れたところにあるモダン中華料理店です。
店主は、モンスーンカフェやオリエンタルビストロアガリコなどで経験を積まれたとのこと。
しっかり中華料理だった印象なので、後から調べて意外でした。
駅からはやや歩きます。
【雰囲気とサービス】
カウンターとテーブル席があります。
こじんまりとしたお店です。
カウンターからは、キッチンの様子が良く見えます。
席間隔はややゆとりあります。
店主と店員さんのツーオペでした。
厨房はほぼワンオペなので混雑時は少しお料理待ちます。
【オーダー内容とコスパ】
アラカルトで以下をいただきました。
お通し、鰹、焼売は1人分ずつに最初から取り分けてもらえました。
ドリンクは、ボトルワインを二人で一本。
ワインは色々あるようでした。

○鰹の中華風
○ふきのとう入り焼売
○麻婆豆腐と茄子
○春野菜と海老の塩炒め
コスパは良くも悪くもないといった感想です。
【感想】
お料理のボリュームは、二人で分けると、前菜は二口程度、メインは程よいくらいと思います。
いずれにしてもそんなにがっつりという感じではなく、二軒目以降でも軽く中華で飲むことができる具合です。
お通しのピーカンナッツはほんのり甘くて美味。
この先が期待できました。
鰹は、記憶が曖昧になってしまいましたが、中華風のソースにパクチー乗せ。
中華らしい前菜で美味しかったです。
ふきのとう入りの焼売は、ほろ苦い風味が良いですね。
蒸したてでジューシー。
麻婆豆腐と茄子が一番好きでした。
本格派に思え、結構辛味としびれがきいていました。
当店のラー油美味しいです。
甘さやとろみはなく、塩味タイプです。
どことなく過門香の麻婆豆腐に味と辛さ度合いが似ていて好みでした。
春野菜と海老の塩炒めは、油通しされたシャキシャキ野菜が美味。
海老もぷりっとしています。
味付けは控えめな上品な塩炒めでした。
どれもしっかり中華でした。
一軒目でお腹をすかせて来てがっつり食べると、若干待ったり結構お会計いってしまいそうなので、ボトルワインも揃っていますし二軒目が良さそうに思います。
中華は二軒目だと一般的には重たくなりがちですので、貴重なお店に思います。
