ぷらっと、今日のランチは勝どき駅周辺を散策。
都営地下鉄 大江戸線 勝どき駅Ａ３出口を出て、
地上に上がり、清澄通りを豊海方面へ少し歩くと、
最初の信号があるので、まずは信号を渡って、
すぐ左折して、ここも最初の十字路を右折して、
少し歩くと、右手にスペインの国旗がある店舗が、
本日、お邪魔した『catorce（カトルセ）勝どき店』さんがある。
平日の１３時３０分に入店。
店内は、混んでいる。
テーブル席は（男女の二人組が２組と男性の二人組と女性のおひとり様が１名の７名の方で）全て埋まっており、カウンター席は女性のおひとり様１名と荷物で埋まっていた。
厨房から女性店員が出てきて、カウンターの上にあった荷物を片付けて１席作ってもらいそちらに座って、メニューを確認。

メニューを見た瞬間「ポルチーニ茸のクリームパスタ」に決定。
「ポルチーニ茸」は、「西洋の松茸」と言われる希少な「キノコ」である。
イタリアでは『ポルチーニ茸』、日本では『ヤマドリダケ』、フランスでは『セップ茸』という呼称で知られている。
日本では、乾燥物が多く使われているが、シッカリとした肉質で歯ごたえがあり、独特の香りが特徴の「キノコ」で大好物である。
「パスタ」の「大盛」は無料という事なので、早速、男性店員に「ポルチーニ茸のクリームパスタ」の「大盛」を発注。
待つこと２分。
「サラダ」が提供された。
「サラダ」の内容は、レタスと水菜にコーンとブラックオリーブである。
「サラダ」が提供されたのに、ホークや箸がないので、食べられない。
まずは、待つとしよう。
更に、待つこと１０分。
「ポルチーニ茸のクリームパスタ 大盛」が提供された。
「パスタ」は、大盛にするとお皿も変わり、タップリと盛られている。
「クリームソース」をタップリつけて「パスタ」を巻き付ける。
「パスタ（麺）」は、
中太であるが「クリームソース」に絡み、モチモチ食感で喉ごしも良い。
「クリームソース」の色は、
若干茶色の色がかかっている。
これは乾燥された「ポルチーニ茸」の戻し汁から出た色である。
具材、
お肉は、小さくサイコロ目に切られた「ベーコン」が入り、「ポルチーニ茸」を中心に「マッシュルーム」などのきのこ類が入っている。
「キノコ類」の中でもポルチーニ茸の存在感があり、旨みがたっぷりで、ソース全体に「ポルチーニ茸」の味が出てねとても旨い。
「他のキノコ」を食べても「ポルチーニ茸」だと思ってしまうほどである。
「パスタ」を「ソース」に絡めて食べる。「サラダ」も「ソース」に絡めて食べる。
そして、「バゲット」も「ソース」に絡めて半分食べる。これは、旨い・旨い。
「パスタ」を完食して、ソースが残っている。
半分残した「バゲット」を皿に、付いたソースを吸わせて完食。
本日は、独特の香りが特徴の「ポルチーニ茸」を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
