I visited after 12 noon on a holiday. I passed by the main store, main store, and Hanare, but it was full of reservations and there were quite a few people waiting to register, so I gave up. There were about 8 groups waiting to register, so we had to line up. Same pattern as last time. What we received ・Draft beer ¥660 ・Roasted squid (liver soy sauce) ¥1,408 ・Mentaiko mochimonja ¥1,738 Topping cheese +¥330 ・Moheji Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) (homemade soy sauce sauce) ¥1,408 After toasting with draft beer, the roasted squid appeared. . Just watch as the staff makes it for you. Ah, it's fun. The sight of the beer sizzling on the iron plate is enough to make the beer taste better. When you grill the liver and mix it with soy sauce, the delicious smell of liver soy sauce spreads along with the steam. My throat rings. When you eat the finished geso, every time you bite into it, you can feel the flavor of the squid and the rich bitterness and richness of the liver soy sauce. Wash it down with beer. Ah, happiness. It's delicious and I'm happy. Of course it's delicious. Next is mentaiko mochi monja (+cheese). The saltiness of the mentaiko and the flavor of the soup stock. The sweetness of cabbage and the richness of cheese. I find Mochi and get excited. Press down with a spatula to make it crispy. Delicious and fun. The final Moheji Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is not a sauce Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), but a garlic chili pepper and soy sauce based Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). Chinese-style Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) because the vegetables are bok choy. It's also a beer because the garlic comes in strong. Everything I received had a strong umami and salty taste, as if to say it was bound to be delicious. And I want beer and carbonated drinks. When the fun was over and I returned to Monja Street in a good mood, I was struck by how lively not only the shops but the entire street was. By the way, on the way home, I discovered a hare no hare no hare in the same area! It's thriving! Thank you for the meal!
