I've been there a few times already...this is my second time posting.
一度で大ファンに
この日は夏休みだったので家族とお散歩がてらお昼から入店。
テーブルを見てランチメニューだけなのかなと気になっていたら、お店の方がさっとディナーメニュー？を下さいました。
量がちょっと多いかなと思いましたが、
サグパニールとマトンビリヤニ、チキンティッカを注文。
サービスのサラダはゴマだれ風味。
その後はささっとチキンティッカがきましたがこれが熱々の鉄板で香りが凄い。
レモンを振りかけると香りの花が咲きます。
食欲の進むスパイシーなチキンを食べ終わるか終わらないかくらいの丁度良いタイミングでビリヤニ。
そしてサグパニール。
ビリヤニも熱々でお米とソースが一体化してるタイプだったのですが、ベシャベシャになってなくてフライドオニオンやカシューナッツが甘うま。
ホールスパイスのクローブもお砂糖につけてるのか噛んでしまっても甘くて全然気にならないのには驚きました。
サグパニールもベースのルゥの部分は少し塩味が強めでガツンと系ですが、ほうれん草のまろやかさとパニールの甘酸っぱい感じが良いアクセントになってました。
一緒に行った子供の事も気にかけてくださって居心地も良くて大満足。

Visited for lunch on this day as well. As usual, I ordered mutton biryani, daily curry, lassi, and chai. The mutton is also chewy and you can feel the flavor and spice of the sauce, while the occasional gentleness of the white rice is just exquisite. What surprised me that day was the new technique of pouring chai from a high place! I like the taste and the atmosphere, but I was surprised to see a show like this. After I started going to the store, my family became three, then four. The staff at the store remember me and are always kind. I really feel like I'm part of the family. Thank you for always providing delicious and warm food. Thank you for the meal!
