月島の南インド料理店。
数回食べた事があります。
タバインディアで働いていた人が始めたお店らしい。
昼の訪問11時30分
お店は空いています。
ノンベジミールス1400円
カレーはチキン・マトン・ベジタブル・日替わり（キーマ）から二種選択。
以前はグルガオンとかみたいに三種カレーを日替わりで用意みたいな感じでしたが辞めたらしい。
ドリンクはウーロン茶・コーヒー・ラッシーから選択、ラッシーをお願いする。
ラッサム・サンバル・ライスはおかわり可能です。
ラッシーを飲みながら待ち、
10分ほどでミールス提供。
サンバルはスープ状に近いタイプで、
野菜と豆ベースの優しい味わい。
ラッサムはタマリンドのはっきりしたスープになっており、無駄な酸味がなく美味しい。
辛さはあまり無いです。
チキンカレーは鶏出汁生姜ベースのまろやか系。
大きな鶏肉が二個入っています。
辛さはほとんどありません。
マトンカレーはピリ辛レベル。
あまり深いスパイシー感があるタイプではなく、
万人が食べやすい優しめなタイプ。
インゲンなどを沢山使ったパリヤルが美味しい。
ココナッツ控えめに、
癖がなく食べやすい感じに仕上げています。
バスマティがちょっと風味がイマイチな気がしましたが気のせいかも。
おかわりできますが最初から多めに盛られています。
辛さを出す辛味オイルを出してもらえます。
これ自体あまり辛く無いので、
沢山入れても激辛って感じにはならない。
揚げパンプーリーは普通です。
ボリューム満点。
サラダは胡麻ドレキャベツサラダ？
ラッサムサンバルをお代わりして完食。
熱々で提供されます。
全体的に辛味無くスパイス感もやや控えめで、
日本人に少し寄せた南インドカレーって感じがします。
このあたりは南インド料理店少ないので貴重なお店だと思います。
