勝どき駅近くの狭い路地にある『勝どき ハンバーグ＆ステーキ R』は、スペインバルがリニューアルしてオープンしたお店です。
この日は、平日のランチの時間帯に1人で訪れました。
店内は、元々スペインバルだったこともあり、
カジュアルなテイストで、女性やカップルにぴったりな雰囲気です。
訪れた日もカップルのお客さんが多かったです。
ランチメニューは、ハンバーグのメニューを中心に多数用意されており、
そのなかから『タルタルチーズハンバーグ 200g（1,290円）』を注文。
提供されるハンバーグは、鉄板で提供され、
“ジュー”というハンバーグが焼かれる音がたまりません。
ハンバーグは、柔らかくレア具合に仕上げられており、レア好きな方にはぴったりな一品です。
もっと肉汁が溢れてくれれば、なお良かったです。
「タルタルチーズ」は、小皿に盛られて提供され、自分でかけるスタイル。
“ドロッと”した濃厚なソースになっており、
ハンバーグとの相性も抜群でした。
また、ランチには、スープとライスも付いています。
お店に入る前は、サラリーマン向けのボリューム感を売りにしたお店だと思っていましたが、
お洒落な店内でゆっくりと食事をすることができるバーのようなお店でした。
次は、ディナーの時間帯にお酒とともに食事を楽しみたいです。
