ランチ訪問
今日は何組か席が埋まっており、ちょっと高目のテーブル席につきました。
しかしこれが失敗の始まり。
味が浮く高さの椅子ですが、足置きが安定せず、木の座面も動き安定しないため、腰が痛くなる。
テーブルにメニューがない。
別の席から取りに行く。
デミグラスハンバーグをオーダーしてしばらくすると、セットスープが配膳されたものの、スープの量が、一般的なスープカップで言えば、水かさ1センチくらい、、、いっぱい飲みたいとは言わないけど、思わず店員さんに、「ほんとにこれでいいの？」と聞いてしまった。店員さんはよくわからない様子で、「量が少なすぎない？」と聞くと、はにかんで了解の意思表示をして、カップを持って下がっていきました。
スープ鍋はハイカウンターにあるようで、店員さんの顔の位置に鍋があります。あぁ、これはよそいずらいわな、と理解しつつ、様子を見守ると、ほんとうによそいずらそうしながらも頑張ってくれてました。改めて配膳されると、水かさが2センチになっていました、、、カップのカサは5センチくらいあるので、もうよそってもよさそうなものの、、、諦めました。
しばらくすると、湯気が立っていないハンバーグが配膳されました
？？？あれ？前回は油が跳ねるくらい熱々だったのに、どうしたのかな？作ってからしばらく放置されてたのかな？という印象です。
その後、しばらく待ってもライスの配膳がありません。
周囲にはライスとハンバーグがセットで配膳されているのに、、、流石に待ちきれなくて、「ライスはいつ頃になりますか？」と尋ねると、すみません、と言いながら店主が配膳
さらに冷めたハンバーグと、盛りたての熱々ライスでいただきました。
