初訪 202104（No.2576）
今回はマイレビ様のレビューを拝見して気になった
こちらのお店の為に勝鬨エリアからのネタ拾い開始ですので、
当然のこちらに伺わせて頂きました（笑
こちらは、宮崎牛を中心に最高級のお肉が手頃な価格で購入できる、
福岡県の人気精肉店『あんず お肉の工場直売所』が
東京・勝どきにオープンさせたお店であります(^^♪
運営は、食品機械を扱う会社として1985年（昭和60年）に設立された
「アトム株式会社」で飲食店も展開中ですが、
せっかくのブランド豚が可哀想になる様なお仕事をされる
あんず 銀座店は既訪・既レビューであります(T_T)
1頭買いで仕入れておられる様ですので、希少部位の牛肉もある様ですが、
店頭には特に珍しいモノも無くて・・・(+o+)
ビタミンコントロールと言う飼育方法がある事を知ってからは、
A5ランク肉には興味が無くなりましたので、ヒレ肉を探しましたが
これも販売されておらずで、不本意ながら
以下の商品を購入させて頂きました。
黒毛和牛のローストビーフ 1015円
興味の無い A5 ランク牛肉のローストビーフですので、
タ～ップリの生野菜と共にサンドイッチにして実食です。
美味しいローストビーフサンドでしたが、この品揃えでは
再訪はないお店であります（泣
ご馳走様でした。
