9月最後の金曜日は珍しく木場で仕事終了。お目当ての御酒燗帖倶楽部に新規参加したお店は残念ながら臨時休業との酒友情報。気持ちを切り替えて懸案だった月島の酒場へ。1階から2階へとハシゴする形で電話予約。
1階「酒房蛮殻」はホッピーとシュウマイがメインの立ち飲み。お通しの土佐酢漬けきゅうりサンド、すり流しに続いて、19時までのお得なホッピーセットを。松竹梅ある中でホッピー、シュウマイ3種（豚・牛・羊）食べ比べ、おまかせ惣菜、本日の刺身の「松」で1,980円。ホッピーの後にレモンサワーで立ち飲みを締め括り、いよいよ2階「酒盃蛮殻」へ。
１階よりやや仄暗い中、オーナーの大野さんがバーテンダーの白衣姿でワンオペでのお出迎え。燗酒の好みを伝えたところ、あえて少し外した銘柄も選んでくれるのが心憎いところ。鯵タタキや小芋、煮凝りなど少し渋めの酒肴を味わい、ご常連や他のお客様も交えたカウンターでのやり取りに混ぜていただきながら、ゆるりと過ごす贅沢なひと時でした。
