新しい焼肉屋さん。
オープン直後にご訪問。
予約していきました。
19時に
行きましたが
品切れだらけで
何もなくて
ちょいと食べて
すぐに退店しました。
オープン直後に
仕入れの量や仕込み具合も
読めないのでしょうが
ご縁がなかったかなって
思います。
コチラも
楽しみに期待して
お腹ぺこぺこで
予約訪問しながら
牛タンメニュー全て、
ハラミや本日のオススメや
サイドメニューなど
ほとんど品切れだとは
こちらも
読めなかったです。
この時間帯で
ほぼ品切れなら
予約の方々に
連絡を入れるなど
対応策はあると思います。
ナムルは３種盛り。
味付けは
悪くなく美味しかったけど
水切りが不十分なのか
下の方は水っぽい。
ホルモンは
セット販売。味噌のみ。
クッパは
ご飯の量も多くて
ボリューミーで
辛さはないけど
美味しかった。
勝どき〜月島は
焼肉屋さんの激戦区。
色々と食べ歩いてるけど
匠の味を
もう少し知りたかった。
今のところ
品切れだらけの
お店としか印象に
残らない。
