On this day, instead of going to Tsukishima's famous monjaya restaurant, I went to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant with my work colleagues, which caught my attention because of its unique service. The reservation time is 19:30. As soon as you enter the store, you will be greeted by a cloud of smoke. I climbed the stairs to my seat on the second floor and put my jacket in the plastic bag provided by the store. Then, when I looked at the table, I saw that peanuts were placed along with the chopsticks! ? This is a chopstick rest. Also, before ordering food, you will be given porridge with the explanation that it will help calm your stomach and intestines. The flavor of the well-boiled beef bone stock permeates through your body. I think you were able to get all the meat recommended by the restaurant. The staff grilled only one piece of perorincho sirloin for each person, and wrapped the sirloin in the roaster with pickled ginger and grated radish. You can feel a sense of euphoria when you put it in your mouth, but on the other hand, it has a condiment so it doesn't feel overwhelming. The wabi-sabi meat platter was filled with popular items such as kappa and short ribs, and I liked the rich and flavorful kappa so much that I ended up ordering another one. The ``best meat in this restaurant'' was meaty and delicious. In addition, we had an assortment of tongues that are not listed on the menu, mino, jaw fatigue, kimchi, and stone-grilled bibimbap. If the smoke fills the area, your eyes will hurt, so there are various items available to cover your eyes. We were provided with goggles and masks. By the way, it's not that bad if you keep the windows open. Lastly, there is miso soup with fresh clams and a massage service. After receiving a longer-than-expected massage around my shoulders, I left the store with my body feeling rested. I went with a young dog who had a big appetite, so we ordered a lot of food, but being able to eat meat of this quality at such a reasonable price was appealing, and I hope to come back again.
