ぷらっと、今日のランチは、勝どき駅周辺を散策。
都営地下鉄 大江戸線 勝どき駅のＡ５の出口で、
地上に上がると「パークタワー勝どきミッド」がある｡
前方の「パークタワー勝どきミッド」沿いに
運河方面へしばらく歩くとショップデッキがあり、
右折すると、飲食できるショップが並んでいる。
ショップを見ながら、奥へ奥へとしばらく歩き、
最後にあったショップが、
本日、お邪魔した『Brillante Tavola（ブリランテタヴォラ） Dai 勝どき店』さんである。
平日の１３時４５分に入店。
店内に入ると左手のボードに「待ち２組」とあった｡
そのサインボードを見ていると店内から
男性店員が出てきて、「今、「テーブルを
片しますので少々お待ちください」と言って
店内に入って行った。
待つこと３分。
テーブル席が片づいて、店内に入って、すぐの
テーブル席に案内された。
テーブル席に着く前に、店内を見廻すと
女性の二人組が５組と男女の二人組が２組の
合計１４名のお客さまが居られた。
テーブル席に座って、メニュー表で、
メニューを確認。

テーブル席の上にタッチパネルがあり、
オーダーは、タッチパネルで行う。
まずは、メイン料理を決めよう。
大きく分けるとパスタとパエリアの２択である。
そこで、パエリアをチョイスして、その中から
「イカ墨のパエリア」にして、
食前食後のドリンクを選ぶ。
食前は、「ライチ紅茶のアイス」にして、
食後は、「ホットコーヒー」にして、
タッチパネルを使って発注。
待つこと３分。
「サラダ」が提供された。
まずは「サラダ」をひと口。
ドレッシングが旨い。
これは「トウモロコシのドレッシング」かぁ！
このドレッシング食べた記憶がない。
もしかすると初めて食べる？かもしれない。
これ、個人的に好きなドレッシングで旨い。
更に、待つこと１分。
「アイスライチ紅茶」が提供された。
「アイスライチ紅茶」は、
ライチの芳醇な香りがして、
飲むと爽やかな酸味とスッキリとした甘味で、
独特の風味が味わえる紅茶である。
更に、待つこと１８分。
メインの「イカ墨のパエリア」と
「ガーリックマヨネーズ」が提供された。
その時に、食後の「ホットコーヒー」を発注。
「イカ墨のパエリア」の見た目は、
当然、真黒である。
この見た目がダメな方（食欲がわかない方）
もいますが、個人的には、好きである。
そして、「イカ墨のパエリア」をひと口。
まろやかな甘みと苦みが口の中に広がる。
そして、磯の香りが鼻を抜ける。
偶に、「イカ墨」を食べると生臭いものもあるが
この「イカ墨パエリア」はそのようなことがない。
生臭かったら、すぐ使おうと思っていた
「ガーリックマヨネーズ」を使わずに食べていたが、
単調な味わいになってきたので、
半分食べたところで投入。
酸味が加わり味変されて、コクがでて、
よりふくらみがある美味しさになっている。
食べている途中で「ホットコーヒー」が提供された｡
そして、「イカ墨パエリア」を食べ進めて完食。
そして、食後の「ホットコーヒー」を飲む。
「ホットコーヒー」は、
まろやかの中にもコクがあり、
飲みやすい「ホットコーヒー」であった。
本日は、「トウモロコシのドレッシング」に驚き、「イカ墨パエリア」を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
