もみじがたっぷりと使われたベースのスープにうっすら背脂が個人的にとても好み。
麺は極細縮れ麺で独特なのでもちもち好きには合わないかも。

門前仲町駅から木場駅方向に5分くらい進んだところにある晴弘さん。少しわかりにくいところにありますが、土日は並んでることがほとんどです。
この日は平日13時頃だったので並ばずに入れました。
