江東区界隈で有名な晴弘さん。いつも混んでいて昼の時間ギリギリに行ったら入れました。
ここの中華そばは本当に美味しい！
油の浮いたスープに醤油の返し、ちぢれ麺が良く合う。最近のラーメン市場、ブレンダーで泡状にしたスープやひとつのラーメンに違う種類の麺を入れて差別化して人気を博してるのが多くなる中、この昔懐かしいが今となっては懐かしいが新しいになっている王道な味わいが最高でした。
ただ、麺が少なかった
昼時は大盛りをおすすめします。
