当店では北海道産の蕎麦粉を臼挽きしたものを用い、饂飩粉も吟味し特選品を使用しております。 もり汁は蕎麦の香りを消さない為に薄めに仕上げております。 |
ここには何回か来ているけれどレビューを書くのは初めて。そういう店は大抵、良くも悪くも印象が薄いからのことが多いけれど、やはりそうだった。
鴨南蛮そば1,500円をいただきました。値段の割には鴨は少なくて貧弱。汁は関東風の中では薄口寄り。問題は肝心の蕎麦。コシがなくてふにゃふにゃしているし、蕎麦の香りもしない。美味しくないとは言わないけれど、決して美味しいとも言えない蕎麦。
