<Overview> Each dish is carefully French cuisine prepared, and lunch can be enjoyed easily. Enjoy the after-dinner coffee on the train. <Order> B course. We had the following flow. Appetizer: Cauliflower mousse in consommé jus. With gingko nuts and lily root. The flavorful consommé, the gentle sweetness of the cauliflower, the stimulation of the gingko nuts, and the texture of the lily root make you wonder whether you are eating soup or pudding. Well, to sum it up in one word: delicious. Hors d'oeuvre: Setouchi and Sagami Makai oysters au gratin, Kirkpatrick and caviar. The gentle rocky flavor of the oysters with no smell, and the aromatic flavor of charred garlic and butter are so delicious that they do not stimulate your appetite but make you crave them like crazy. Granite: Rich sherbet of kabosu. The rich bitterness and acidity of kabosu and the exquisite texture and bitterness of the peel are the perfect palate cleanser. Main: Iberico pork shoulder and sausage, Dijon style. The contrast between the shoulder and the juicy sausage is a good one. The mild spiciness of the mustard and the sweetness of the pork go well together, as Dijon is called. The sweetness and aromatic flavor of the roasted vegetables also stand out. Finally, we moved to the train for coffee. <The store is set up with a train car in front of the store, which is very eye-catching. The train was actually running in Southeast Asia (Thailand and Singapore, I think). Well, it is French cuisine. We made a reservation about a week in advance and visited for lunch on Saturday. First, we were taken to the regular Restaurants hall. It is glass-walled and looks cold, but the central heating system is well equipped, so I don't mind the cold. The inside of the train has a quintessential atmosphere, but it's old and whether that's comfortable or not is another matter, and it's nice to get a taste of it for once. Well, it's only coffee. The customer service is as solid as the atmosphere, and I have the impression that it is as good as it should be.
