木場の味華さんへ。
定休日がはっきりしないので以前
日曜日に行ったら閉まっていて、
今回は土曜のお昼に訪問。
日替わりサービスメニューがあって
土曜日はタンメン500円だったので
そちらを注文してみた。
素早い提供。
スープは中華出汁にチャンポンの粉を
加えたインスタントな味でとても薄い。
麺はいわゆる汎用麺でかんすい臭さが
ある。麺自体の臭いもあるが、
茹で湯をあまりかえていないのでは
と推測される。
スープの味が薄いのでカット野菜の
もやしの臭いも気になった。
化調と臭いが強くて自分は苦手
でした。ごめんなさい。
店の雰囲気から、定食は美味しいの
ではないかと思ったので今度は
定食をいただいてみようと思います。
