I've started going there once a month, and I always end up eating the chunky Steak because all of the meat is so delicious that it melts in your mouth. The quantity is just right and the taste is great. I tried the marinated ribs, but I prefer the beef and deer ribs. It's a delicious restaurant that's always full no matter when you go. As for the essential menu, raw kimchi is the most delicious. I don't know if there is a dish called raw kimchi in Korea or other countries, but if you ever go to Gyuwaka, please try it. Maybe the freshness of Chinese cabbage is important ^_^
