江東区塩浜。家から近いとはいえ、生活動線からずれた住宅街の路地裏にあるため、ずっと知らなかった。
平日時間が空いたので、開拓精神で食べログ片手に訪問。お母さんは地元の方と井戸端会議中。優しそうなお父さんが厨房に。ご夫婦の運営かな？
和風ラーメン750円にチャーシュー300円。
あっさりストレートの醤油だが、コクもあるバランスの取れたスープ。スープの説明書きには豚骨、煮干し、鶏ガラなどのWスープとのこと。美味しいです。
皆さんのコメントにスープの成分が詳しく書かれているのはこの説明書きを見ているからなのか。
サービスで付く自家製ぬか漬けともやしナムルがまあまあうまい。とりあえずの副菜ではなく、これだけでも楽しめるレベル。チャーシューは堅め。
中高生とか帰宅途中に寄ってる駄菓子屋のラーメン版って感じ。リーズナブルですし。外食店が少ない塩浜において、地元の人が日常使い出来る店でした。
