葛西橋通り沿いの、焼肉『葛西苑』さん。
そとから見ても、いい雰囲気をかもし出していて、
気になるお店です。
そして、いざ訪問。
最近、主流になっている炭火では無いんですが、
これが、昔ながらの焼肉という感じでいい！
そして、ステンレスの皿に乗って、カルビやホルモン、
ロースが運ばれてくる。
店全体に、肉を焼き続けてきた、匂いが染み付いて
います。
これも、また味に深みを与えてくれます。
潔癖な人は嫌なんでしょが・・・
ホルモンの脂の乗りはハンパでな無く、噛むと
じゅわ～っと脂の旨みが口いあっぱいに広がります。
いいものを使ってます。
カルビも美味しいし、ふだんはあまり食べないんですが、
ロースにもカルビと違った脂の旨みを感じました。
確かに旨い焼肉屋さんです。
