It is located along the Sumida River in Koto Ward, facing Sagagashi-dori Street. The nearest station is probably Suitengumae on the Hanzomon subway line. Take Exit 1a, walk towards the Sumida River, cross the Sumida River Bridge, and walk left along Sagagashi-dori Street; it will be immediately on your right. If the wind is right, I think you can follow the scent and get there. Since it is a facility for people with disabilities, it doesn't really look like a shop, but once you go inside the office staff will treat you with kindness. These rice crackers are made from 100% domestic non-Senbei (rice crackers) rice; when you put them in your mouth, chew them a little, and exhale through your nose, you'll be greeted with the overwhelming aroma of rice. These hard-Senbei (rice crackers) rice crackers have a firm texture and come in a variety of flavors, including soy sauce, salt, sesame, and brown sugar. There is also a "super spicy" version that uses plenty of chili pepper. It doesn't look like a shop, but if you're passing by, feel free to stop in.
