1月オープンで若い3人の男女で経営、
お客さんは、私の時は２０～４０代までまんべんなくいました。
マスターは若くやる気があり好感が持てます。
何でも吸収しようとする意欲があり好感もてました。
女性一人でも行きやすいでしょう。
酒の種類は居酒屋としてはそこそこですが、Barとしはまだまだ成長の余地があります。
しかし置いてあるのはプレミアムモルツ、トリス・山崎ハイボール、
梅酒もなかなかのこだわりものがあるので、流行も踏まえたセンス良い品揃えです。
これからもっと増えていって欲しいです。
牛スジを食べましたが、臭みの取り方、油の落とし方などもう一歩勉強が必要かと思いました。
