店名が、微妙に変わった！
前は、BBQだったのに、ステーキに
なってるー
さて、いつもお目当ては、和牛シャトーブリアンですが
前は、100g3000円だったと思う、
少し値上がりしてるが、それでもギリギリ3950円と
踏ん張ってますな
六本木なら、シャトーブリアンは、1万円だから
いかに安いことかー
今回は、150gオーダー
他のヒレ肉のステーキは、分厚過ぎで
中がレアすぎて、好きじゃないけど
シャトーブリアンは、火加減も丁度良い
お勧めの春菊バクダンは、ごま油と塩で味付けしてあり
バクバクいけます、全く苦くない
ガーリックチャーハンは、
量がハンパないっ！
でも完食w
ワインは、濃い渋のサンジョベーゼリゼルバが
4500円とお手頃価格
沢山種類があるのでワイン選びも楽しい
