まだ、オープン間もない感じの「カンソ」さん。
以前、秋葉原の「13136909,カンズバー]」とゆー、やっぱり缶詰で呑む店へ入ったコトがあるので、
どんな違いがあるのか…と思い、イってみました。
で。
まだ早めの時間のせーか、ひとり客のワタクシと二人組みの女子だけの時間が続いておりました。
夜8時前なので、やはりこのテの店に1件目からはお客サンは来ないのでしょーか。
照明のビミョーな暗さが「バー」の雰囲気を強めている感じですね。
2軒目、いや3軒目くらいがフサワシイのでありましょーか。
居酒屋でひと通り呑み食いしてから、ちょっと缶詰をアテに深酒を…。てなトコロですかね。
ん。いやまたは、家路を急ぐ前に軽くビールとサバ缶で…。とも考えられます。
ま。とにかく。ノーマルな呑み屋さんではないコトは確かなハズなので、
イロンナ意味で予測不可能でござんす。
で。ですね。呑んだものは「生ビール」と、しそ焼酎「鍛高譚」、
銘柄失念の芋焼酎を各ロックで1杯づつ、
メインの缶詰は「ポテトベーコンサラダ」ひとつであります。
ポテトベーコンサラダは濃厚でまったりしており、酒のアテには、よろしゅうございました。
料理は本当に缶詰のみに徹しており、中身を取り出して暖める以上のコトはしないよーです。
そんな「カンソ」さんの明日はどっちだっ！っとハナ息荒くなる門前仲町の夜でございました。
