東陽町駅からすぐの木村さん。
女子4人で女子会してきました。個室があるので女子会にピッタリ。周りに気使うことなく話せるのが嬉しい。
まずはやっぱりビール！夏はやっぱり生ビールが美味しい。銘柄は私の大好きなアサヒだったので最高です。
程なくしてお通し。タコのカルパッチョ。お通しも豪華で嬉しいー！見た目もオシャレで箸がすすみます。
東北名物のメニューも多く、前菜に茎わかめや笹かまの磯辺揚げなどを注文。どれもお酒がすすむ味付けで、最高です。
山形名物のだしが乗った冷奴もあって、さっぱり美味しい。普通の冷奴じゃなくて、名産も食べられるのが嬉しいところ。こちらもお酒が進む！日本酒にも合いそう…！
そしてメインの牛タン！
なんといっても厚い！なのに、柔らかくて、噛んだ瞬間に旨みが口の中に広がります。とてもジューシーなのに、油っこくはなく、いくらでもこれなら食べられるなぁ…！
牛タンの地獄焼きというのも注文。牛タンを辛く味付けしたもので、豆板醤をつけて頂きます。こちらも牛タンの旨みを存分に楽しる！辛いもの好きにはたまらない逸品。
さらに牛タンといえば、やっぱり麦とろご飯でしょう、と、テールスープとのセットも注文。麦ご飯ってなんでこんなに美味しいのでしょうか！とろろも優しい味で、ご飯がするする進みます。
テールスープは油っこくなく、まさに〆にぴったりといったところ。美味しかったです。
お肉のメニューはもちろん豊富ですが、お刺身や魚系のメニューも充実。私たちは金華サバを注文。こちらもジューシーで美味しかった。これならお肉嫌いな人でも満足出来るかと。
牛タンに、東北名物に、お魚に、ビールにと大満足な夜でした。また行きたい！
