とあるイベントの打ち合わせで来た東陽町、会場となったのはもつ鍋の木村屋さんが展開する「牛タン圭介」のここだけの別名「牛タン木村」です。この名前の店舗は東陽町だけのものだそうで、木村屋本店があるこの地域ならではの店名だそうです。品川時代によくお世話になった系列のお店なので、懐かしさを感じつつ伺いました。
考えてみれば品川では定食しかいただいたことがなく、こういう呑み会形式では初めてなので個人的に楽しみです(^ ^)
席に案内され、すぐにドリンクのオーダー取りとともに お通し 400円(全て税別) が来ました。なんとタコのランカルパッチョです。キンキンに冷えていて見た目も綺麗でタコも柔らかい‼︎これはこちらも気合が入ってしまいますね。
早速泡で乾杯、エクストラコールド 580円 はキリッと冷えてお通しともぴったり、この季節らしい組み合わせかな?
スターターは ラー油たたききゅうり 380円 と 金華サバの炙りしめ鯖 730円、笹かまの磯辺揚げ 480円 です。たたききゅうりは糸唐辛子があしらわれていて綺麗、ラー油の風味はもう少し欲しかったところです。炙りたての金華サバは脂が乗っていて美味しい、磯辺揚げは衣サクサクで中はふんわりの笹かまで、レモンとマヨネーズでいただくのが代わり映えはしないけれど何故かホッとする一品です。
牛タンはスタッフおすすめの 牛タン食べくらべ 1480円 にしました。タン先とタン元の食べくらべができます。かなり質の高いタンを使っているようで、タン先はサクッと切れるけれど噛み心地がしっかりしたもの、タン元はサシが入っているようなとろける系の食感で、仙台味噌をつけながら違いを楽しむことができました。それにしてもこのお値段から想像する牛タンの質を相当上回っていると思うのです。
こちらの店舗限定のオリジナルメニューの たんバーグ 880円 を見つけてしまったので、こちらもオーダー(^ ^) タンで作ったムッチリと焼きあがったハンバーグにデミグラスタのタンシチュー風のソースがかかっているボリュームのある一品です。このたんバーグはレギュラーメニューではないので、食べるなら今だけかも⁈ でもレギュラーメニュー入りしてほしいな‼︎
そしてメインは 牛タンしゃぶしゃぶ 1580円@1人前 です。1人前のポーションはたっぷりあるので4名で2人前をシェアしても満足感のあるしゃぶしゃぶになりました。タンからのアクはそれほど出なかったので 〆雑炊 350円 で卵雑炊とし、牛タン三昧な会は終了です。
こちらは系列店の「圭介」も含めてリーズナブルな価格帯でハズレのない牛タン料理がいただけることを再確認、特に本店近くのこちらはオリジナルメニューにも力を入れているようで、この辺りで集まる時にはまた利用したいと思いました。夜でも定食を出しているのも好印象、食事、呑み会どちらでも対応可能なお店としてオススメです‼︎
