Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture, raised under strict quality control, is plump, tender, and juicy with a delicious flavor. In order to bring out its flavor to the fullest, it is carefully grilled over Kishu Bincho charcoal. Enjoy it with our homemade sauce made by slowly simmering a whole chicken for one day, and Tenkai salt, which is known for its umami and sweetness.
