直前に予約しました。
【ポイント】
一品料理、串共にメニュー豊富な当店では、紀州備長炭で焼く大山どりをいただけます。
手始めはおまかせ6本を推奨ですが、どれも美味しく、コスパも良いです。
ちょうちんはあれば必食です。
【お店について】
大山どりを紀州備長炭で焼き上げます。
バルっぽいカジュアルな焼鳥店です。
とりわさからアヒージョなどバルのようなお料理含め、メニュー豊富です。
串はセット、一本ずつ、両方いけます。
希少部位もあります。
東陽町と木場の間くらいにあり、どちらかというと東陽町寄り。
駅からはやや歩きます。
【店内の様子】
カウンター6席とテーブル数席です。
半個室風の席は広そうでしたが、それ以外の席はやや小さめである、こじんまりとしたお店です。
ただ、それらは縦に並んでいる形なので隣に他の組はいない配置です。
換気は、高性能な換気扇？設置らしく、確かにあまり煙たくありませんでした。
店員さんは全員マスク着用です。

【食事の感想】
串は、その日のおすすめメニュー中心に珍しい部位も多かったです。
とりあえずおまかせ6本いただけば、当店の自慢は入っている印象でした。
ささみやレバーはややレア目です。
大ぶりな串が多く嬉しかったです。
味付けも塩系が多く良かったです。
特に美味だったのが、ちょうちんとせせり。
この二つは有名店に本当に負けずとも劣りませんでした。
ちょうちんはきんかんがとても大きく口福です。
せせりは火入加減が良く、ジューシーで肉肉しい。
頼んだ一品ものは、鶏もつ煮とささみのなめろうのみですが、どちらも良かったです。
もつ煮は具沢山。
なめろうはやや塩味強めでしたので、お酒が進むタイプ。
ほかにも、とりわさ、ささみの昆布締めなど、レアささみのお料理多かったです。
たらふく食べて1人5,000円ちょっとでした。
お料理のクオリティも良く、コスパ良いと思います。
