土曜日は凄まじい混雑
土曜日19:00に電話すると満席。20:00前ならもしかして空くかもしれないとの事。19:45に電話すると２席ならカウンターが空いたとのこと。で妻と出かける。食事中、何組も入れなくて帰って行った。
スタッフに聞くと、本店ハナレとも満席の盛況。
凄い客入。
さてさて、今日のカルビはどうだろう？
えっ！ショック！
辛うじて３枚は食べれたが、残りがほぼ脂の塊で、
無理しても食べることなんて、とても出来ないシロモノ。
今日は多分カルビがたくさん、出過ぎたので、こんな肉しか残っていなかったんだろうか？？
凄く、残念だけど、普段とても良いカルビを出してくれるんです、今日のところはヨシとするか！
でも、残念！！
凄いクオリティーのカルビ！
最近のカルビのクオリティーが、ずば抜けているので日を空けずに再訪問。
今日のカルビも抜群のクオリティー。
思わず、マスターに原価を聞いてしまった(^-^)
何と、ほぼ、儲けは無し！
いつまで、このレベルのカルビをこの価格で提供できるかわからないとのこと！
そりゃそうだろう！

超満員
10/8予約をして19:00訪問。はなれは満員でこちら本店も私達が最後の一組。いやぁ流行っています！
途中入れなかった人達もなん組かいた。
勿論、はなれと同じ食材なのだが、これだけ沢山のお客さんがいると、何だかより美味しく感じます。
全て美味しかった。牛ハラミ、マルチョウ、スジタン、コリコリ焼、キムチ、ナムル、ハチノス刺。どれも新鮮で美味しかった。特にハチノス刺は、胡瓜とネギの細切りの量が絶妙でバランスがとても良かった。帰る頃には大部分が売り切れになっていました。カメホルにに行かなくても、近所にこんな良い店があるのは、幸せこの上ないですね。
