日曜日のランチタイムに伺うと常に満席の人気ぶりです。
えびワンタン（200円）とエビス小瓶（400円）で身体を目覚めさせた後、麻婆まぜそばをいただきました。
花椒の麻が香高く、刺激的で、後追いで感じる辣と旨コクが麺と絡み合い、個性的な体感です。
麺をススり終えた後はご飯、温泉たまごを投入、かき混ぜ、麻も辣も全ていただきます。
丁寧で、気の利いた接客と相まって、また行きたくなるお店です。ご馳走様でした。
