麻婆まぜそば 1050円
同じ麻婆まぜそばでもトッピング等で券売機に種類が1杯あるので後ろに並ばれていると焦ります(笑)
今回は一番シンプルなものを注文。
提供されたものは当然のフォアジャン匂いですでに辛いです。
底にタレのようなものがあり、その上に麺、辛味噌肉が乗っかってる感じ。混ぜる前に麺だけ食べてみましたが、麺自体も美味しく、タレと絡まって更に美味しい。よく混ぜるように言われたので、全体を混ぜて食べてみると、ただ辛いだけではなく、旨辛いが、旨さがやや不足している感じ。油そばのような旨ダレがもう少し強くなればかなり美味しいものになると思う。
