門前仲町の住宅街にステキな隠れ家焼肉見つけちゃった
その名も「焼肉 粋 iki」
肉の卸問屋が営む店ということで肉質も万全です
基本は黒毛和牛A5を使用しているようですが処理もキレイ！
ということで早速いただいたメニューのご紹介
●まず前菜として絶対頼んでもらいたいのが「極上肉の炙りとろ」
すこーーーし炙られているのでテーブルに届いたらそのまま一気にペロリ
肉質はとろけるように柔らかく、またこの甘いタレが最高！
●そして焼きの最初といえばやっぱり「粋なタン」
このタンは海外ではあるがしっかり目利きをしていろいろそぎ落とし1番美味しいとこだけを使用してるから
1枚目は肉質が柔らかいためレアめで、
2枚目は厚みもあるのでよく焼きでと２通りで楽しめます
●続いてオススメの塩より「友三角」と「黒毛和牛サガリ」
「友三角」はサシも多いのでさっと炙って山葵と一緒にさらりと
「黒毛和牛サガリ」はハラミと似た部位でしっかり焼いて少し焦げ目がつくぐらいがいい感じです
●最高級にサシの入った「大判サーロイン」
サッと炙るだけでこんなに火柱がたってしまうとは相当のサシの入った証拠
それをさっぱり鬼卸のポン酢と絡めていただくと絶妙なバランス
●オススメのタレより「ザブトンのすき焼き」「リブ芯」「内もも」
中でも「ザブトンのすき焼き」には濃厚卵と小さなご飯がついてるので、サッと炙ったら卵につけてお肉を半分味わいます
そのあとは一口分のご飯に残りのお肉を巻いてパクリ
最後は残りのご飯に卵の残りをかけて最高のTKGを楽しめ、なんと一度に三通りの楽しみがあるメニューです
お肉の他にもキムチやナムル、サラダ、スープ、カレー、デザートまで楽しみました
パッと見はまるで小料理屋というか和食店のようですが、店内はスタイリッシュな空間
オープンしたばかりでまだまだ穴場のようなので今のうちにリベンジかな
次回はホルモンにも挑戦してみるかな
