前菜盛り合わせはべっこう玉、梅水晶、チャンジャ。
梅水晶はサメ軟骨ではなく、鶏軟骨！
そしてチャンジャは馬肉とゆー他にはない組み合わせ。
べっこう玉は卵黄の醤油漬け。
これがまた酒が勧むやつ✨
お次はポイント。
粒マスタードがたーっぷり◎
からの雲丹とトリュフが乗った極上ユッケ！
甘いタレと雲丹、トリュフの香りのコラボが美味ぴー♪(´ε｀ )
肉寿司の前に用意されたのがガリ。
これも珍しい。

これが地味にクセになる。
そして肉寿司登場！
馬肉赤身とトロといくらの海苔巻き、その名もNIKURA‼️
なかなかのインパクト。
一口ではとても食べ切れない程のボリューム。

これも美味しかった♪
ずっしり固めプリン。
さすがに肉寿司だけだと飽きるかなー？と思ったけど、
味や調理法が様々あって最後まで食べ飽きないバランスのいいコースでした！
