肉寿司は恵比寿や渋谷によく行っていましたが
引越した関係もあり、東側を開拓中。
門前仲町店は初訪問です。
門前仲町肉寿司オリジナルお勧め食べ尽くしコースをいただきました。
ドリンクは飲み放題で！
赤身や馬のエンガワは相変わらず美味しい♪
特筆すべきは
・雲丹としゃりを和牛で巻いた「うにく巻き」
雲丹とお肉は中々家じゃ再現できない。
お肉のレア感と雲丹の炙り具合が絶妙。
そして
・国産牛のリブロースを目の前で焼いてもらう「さしとろ」
え！？これ1人分！？と思うほど大きな生肉を
目の前で炙ってもらい、はじめはお肉だけで楽しむもよし
最後は下に隠れている酢飯をくるっと巻いて食べます。
柔らかさと香ばしさのバランスが最高。
1番のおすすめは
・雲丹とトリュフの極上ユッケ
トリュフの良い香りがうつった生肉を雲丹と一緒に・・・
なんて贅沢なお味なのー！！！至福。
コースはボリューム満点でした。
最後のデザートのプリンもトロトロで美味でした。
店員さんも感じが良くて居心地よかったです。
