This restaurant is about a 2-minute walk from Monzen-Nakacho Station. There are many chain restaurants around here, but I visited because I was attracted by the name Niku-Sushi. There were counter seats and table seats in the back of the restaurant. It seems to be quite popular, so I recommend making a reservation. First, we toasted with beer - it was ice cold and delicious ^^ The appetizer was also delicious. They explained the menu, which was helpful because there are not many photos on the menu. I ordered the sashitoro nigiri, which I was interested in, and then the horse meat ribs that can be eaten raw and the choregi salad. The menu also lists the service speed, so it's great for drinkers because you can tell which menu items are fast. Lol. The tsubo-zuke kalbi is quite thick and has a rich flavor. It's a great snack to go with alcohol! The choregi salad is quite filling and good value for money. I was happy that the cucumbers were large. The sashitoro comes with a performance where the raw meat is grilled in front of you, so I think it's definitely worth ordering! The meat was quite fatty and went perfectly with the wasabi garnish. Then, I ordered Sukiyaki meat cutlet, five kinds of meat Sushi that is only available at the Monzen-Nakacho store, tongue, wagyu unirot gunkan, and beef inari. All the additional orders were delicious and surprising! The minced meat Sushi in particular was quite large and had a crispy batter. When I cut it in half, I could see the soft-boiled egg. It was a sweet minced meat cutlet with a Sukiyaki flavor, but it was hot and I finished it in no time. It's a dish I personally recommend. The five kinds of meat Sushi are all enjoyable because they have different textures and fat levels! Horse meat has no strong flavor at all, so I thought that even people who don't like it should try it. For dessert, I had matcha and strawberry tiramisu. The size was just right. The strawberry sauce was strong, and it was a creamy tiramisu. I wasn't planning on eating a lot, but for some reason I was so full that I went home without even going to another place. I think this is a good value restaurant! I'd like to go again.
