『さくら』さんの日替り定食。釜戸炊きされたご飯もしじみ汁も美味しい！
『さくら』としては３回目の訪問です。今回は３種盛りの日替り定食を注文です。
内容はロースカツとミンチカツとピーマン肉詰でした。ピーマン肉詰もフライで出てくると思わなかったですが、とんかつ屋さんですから、当然と言えば当然か⁈
色んな種類のカツを食せるという意味では良いですが、さくらさんのロースカツは美味すぎるので、メンチよりも、もっとがっつりとロースに食らいつきたい思いにはなりました。
釜戸炊きされたお米やキャベツにもこだわりが有り美味しいですし、小ぶりだけど出汁がふんだんにに溢れ出たしじみ汁も美味しい。
このレベルの食事をこの価格で提供しているのは嬉しい限りです。きっとまた再訪します。

I'm sorry that I'm still bad at taking pictures, but the meat is shining pink. For a long time, tempura was eaten with only salt, but Pork Cutlet was eaten with sauce. However, here it is salt. Turn Pork Cutlet on its side, sprinkle some salt on the pink skin, and enjoy it crispy and plump. The meat is tender and packed with flavor, making it the best. Both the batter and the rice were delicious, and even though it was lunch, I was very grateful that Hideyo could have just one plate. I would like to come again for lunch as there is a rich menu. Thank you for the meal♪

「さくら」さんで初のヒレカツですが、期待を裏切らない美味しさです。この美味しさでヒレカツ¥1,200はとてもお得感もあります。
塩でも充分美味しいヒレカツで、とても柔らかくしっとりと肉感。衣の香ばしさも強く、とても美味しいと思いました。
ご飯と味噌汁もぬかりなく美味しいのが嬉しいです。
とても美味しくいただきました。
