平日夜6時ごろ初訪問、混んでると思って事前に電話して行ったけど誰も居らず。もちろん後から続々とお客さんが来てましたが。
オイキムチと生ビールを先ず頼み、口コミの写真をお店の人に見せて、これ何ですか？って聞いたらコブクロだということで、コブクロと塩ホルモンを頼みました。しっかり焼きながら先ずはホルモンから……、うん美味い。続いてコブクロ……、美味い。これはこの店は大丈夫だなと安心したところでお勧めの上牛レバーを追加、生でも食べれそうなくらい新鮮に見えます。レバーを……、美味い！このレバーは美味い。ホッピー白セットも進みます。塩ホルモンとシロコロを追加、さらに普通のホルモンも追加してフィニッシュ、けっこう酔ってました(^_^;)
この出張中に再訪したいなぁ(^^)
