赤身が大好きなのですが、お肉みたいな肉厚と食感

串焼きなのですが、レア仕上げ。
ネギは欲張ってこれでもか！という程、盛り付けてもらえます。
ネギを沢山乗っけて、ごま油で是非召し上がってくださいね。
ネギの薬味と、レバーの甘さ、ごま油の香ばしさが素敵です。

熱燗で飲むと、口の中で香りがふわっっと広がる事をしり、
逆に冷だとぐっと酸味の強さを感じられたり、
乳酸、リンゴ酸の日本酒を飲み
酸味の違いを感じて見たり…
十四代が20代のぴちぴち女性だとして
義侠が50代の色気ある熟女だとして
30代のあっこは而今あたりかな？と想定してみたり(なんのこっちゃ)
分からない事を聞くと、スタッフさんが優しく教えてくれて
ルーツや、違いを知りながら聞くと、これもまた奥ゆかしさも感じ…
