月曜21時過ぎ訪店。チェーンの焼鳥屋さん。
最近増えてきたLINEのQRによるスマホオーダー。これの困るのは、店舗のLINE登録が必須になり、DM LINEが煩いこと。と言いつつ、大人しく従ってスマホオーダーをする小市民。
ブラックニッカハイボール(¥429)から。焼鳥は、ぼんじり(¥143)、ねぎま(¥176)、せせり(¥176)、大山どりささみ(¥198)。いずれも塩がデフォルト。この中ではささみが美味い。梅のペーストに合う。次いで、よだれどり(¥429)、パクチーが載って鶏ともやしが合えられている。ピリ辛な味付けが絶妙。
お通しがないというのもポイント。
