<概要>
お肉は厚過ぎず薄過ぎず、シンプルだからこそ単純に美味い。

生ビール、白菜キムチ、チャンジャ、ハラミユッケ、生タン塩、牛和鹿盛り(並カルビ、ロース、ハラミ)、厳選4種盛り合わせ(ヒウチ、イチボ、ランプ、上ザブトン)、切り落とし200g、コムタンスープ。
お肉はどれも厚過ぎず薄過ぎず、一枚のお肉で旨味をたっぷりと感じることができる。脂もしっかり乗っているけど、くどくないので食べやすい。やはり、厚過ぎない薄めのお肉の方が良き。
そして、切り落としのコスパは抜群、オーダー必至でしょう。
<雰囲気>
直前に予約して、日曜日の夕方に訪問。後客も1組のみ。
店内はシンプルな街の焼肉屋さんという感じで、無駄にスタイリッシュでもなく落ち着く。
店員さんがもう少し気がきくと嬉しいところ。
