お気に入りになったギャマン系列。門前仲町にこちらのお店があると知り、予約して伺いました。
口コミを見ると、シェフワンオペ、カウンターの中で手際よく調理を進める様も楽しみ方の一つに挙げられているようですが、この日はカウンターが満席で個室に案内されました。
個室は落ち着ける良いお部屋でしたが、流石にお忙しいようであまりシェフと話せなかったのが残念。
次はカウンターにも座ってみたいですね。
お料理は月替わりのコース一本。
新生姜のソースが爽やかなカンパチ、スモークしたモッツァレラが旨みをプラスしている鱧のフリットが美味しかったです。
鮎のコンフィは身が殆どなく、パサパサとして油っぽさが強かったかな。
お食事の鴨のラグーはしっかりとしたお肉がたくさん入っていて締めの一品ながら本格的でした。
ドリンクはグラスシャンパンの後、赤のボトルに移行しましたが、それなりのお値段(6,600円だったかな)からスタートするワインリストでした。
お料理のコースがリーズナブル(一人8,800円)なので、お酒の割高さが目立ってしまうのはしょうがないかも。
デートや友達同士での訪問に良さそうです。
