この日は美術館にやって来まして、こちらのレストランでランチをいただきました。
文化施設のお店なのでかなり内観はおしゃれです。
注文はタブレットでできるので簡単です。
ナポリタンのセットをチョイス。
ナポリタンはもちもち麺タイプのパスタで、濃厚なトマトソースが特徴です。ケチャップのような酸味は抑え気味で、パプリカと玉ねぎの食感が良かったです。野菜の甘味とソースの酸味がちょうど良い。
ベーコンのスモーキーな塩気が少し甘口のソースにアクセントをつけてくれます。
セットのサラダはニンジンのラペみたいなものに干し葡萄が入っていて、個人的には干し葡萄の甘味が苦手でした。
基本的にはおしゃれで美味しいので美術館の楽しみとしておすすめです。
