I visited Seiryuen, a restaurant that is famous for being difficult to book. It won the Tabelog Award 2024 Bronze. The restaurant is located within walking distance of Kiyosumi Shirakawa Station. The tongue was tender and chewy, and was delicious. They also serve raw meat, and their yukhoe was melt-in-the-mouth delicious. None of the meat was oily, so I was able to eat it without feeling heavy. It was delicious and went well with alcohol.
