夜ご飯。
予約して姉妹のレッスン後にお邪魔しました。
オーガニック白ワイン。
バーニャカウダ、マルゲリータ、アランチーニ、
モッツァレラとバジルのトマトソースパスタ。
フルーティーな白ワインは飲み易くてお食事とも合いました。
バーニャカウダのアンチョビソースが子供には大人味でしたのでマヨネーズをお願いしたところ自家製のマヨネーズいただきました。こちらもアンチョビが忍ばせてあるとの事でしたが美味！
ピザは釜で焼いています。
席が近かったので姉妹は興味深々。
あっつあつのマルゲリータ、クリスピー生地でもサクッともちっと。私は辛いオイルで味変。子供達もぺろっと。
アランチーニも、トロッとしたチーズとやや歯応えのあるご飯と、こちらは軽めのトマトソースで食べやすかったです。
パスタは丸っとしたモッツァレラがインパクト大！
ガーリックの効いたトマトソース、アルデンテの麺。
トマト攻めでしたが、どれも味が違うので飽きる事なく食べる事が出来ました！
帰り際、また釜を見る姉妹。質問に優しく応えてくれる店員さん。サプライズもあり…ありがとうございました。次回はキノコのピザを食べる！と申しておりますので再訪決定。
フリットも食べてみたいな。
