活鰻→割く→くし打ち→焼く→蒸す→焼く→鰻重

鰻やさんでは中々見せていただけない厨房を丸裸にしたお店です。
うなぎは時間かかるのは仕方ない、最高のうなぎを食べさせてくれるお店です。
ワンオペのため、応援したくなる大将
見た目はごっつい大将ですが話すると優しさやうなぎに対する思いが強い。
美味しいものが出てくるお店だね。
白焼きとたたきを頂きました。
最高に最後はふわふわ鰻重
このあとは3回目のワクチンなのでずっとビールを我慢
最高のランチでした。
