深川不動堂の護摩祈祷の後で、会社の皆と予約して伺いました。小さなお店なので、奥のテーブルも10人で貸し切り満員です。ご亭主と女性の二人で切り盛りされているので対応が大変です。
鰻重と倶利伽羅焼きを頂きました。捌くところから作るので、時間はかかりますが、カリッと焼き上げていてタレの塩梅も良く、やはり鰻はお店で食べるに限ります。倶利伽羅焼きは山葵醤油で。ふっくら柔らかく、お酒のアテにピッタリでした。来年もまたお世話になります。
