Gyoza / Dumpling as the name suggests
After all, Gyoza / Dumpling is delicious. Large, crispy Gyoza / Dumpling with wings. I tried the shumai for the first time, but it was meaty and the seasoning was light. The previous soy sauce flavored wonton noodles have been replaced with Hong Kong shrimp salted wonton noodles. But why? It contained regular wontons instead of shrimp wontons (lol) I didn't say it because it was too troublesome lol The salt soup was light and bland. The noodles are similar to somen noodles. Tastes vary, but personally I like Ramen that I eat in Southeast Asia or Hong Kong. The daily lunch special is mapo eggplant with spicy seasoning ( *˙ω˙*)و Good! The restaurant is spacious and clean. However, I do recommend ordering carefully as I tend to forget things and sometimes make mistakes. When other customers order wonton noodles, they Tantanmen, so I point to the photo and order.

Enjoy carefully selected Dim sum food at reasonable prices, such as handmade fried Gyoza / Dumpling prepared by an authentic dim sum master and authentic mapo tofu!
At this restaurant, you can enjoy authentic Chinese Cuisine at reasonable prices, inheriting the flavors of our sister restaurant [Manchuen], which has been in operation for over 60 years in Yokohama. |
When I ate shrimp wonton noodles the other day, it came with wontons without shrimp, so next time I said, "Wontons with shrimp, please!" and ordered it (lol) What kind of wonton noodles did you bring? ? ? that? There's also regular wontons on it without shrimp. When I thought about it, the store clerk's older sister told me in vague Japanese, "The shrimp is small so it's hard to tell." In short, it's called shrimp wonton, which has chopped shrimp inside the wonton meat. It seems that. I thought that's what it was, but I ate it carefully. The smell and taste of the shrimp were nothing (lol) Well, I was still pretty satisfied with the lunch that came with handmade Gyoza / Dumpling and rice for 950 yen. Next time I'll order something else lol
