ビリヤニがとてもおいしかったよ
門前仲町にある｢シュプリーム｣に行って、ビリヤニセットをいただきました。
このお店は以前は｢ビニタ｣というインド料理屋さんでした。
ビリヤニセットはチキンビリヤニ、豆カレー、サラダ、ライタがつきます。別料金でソフトドリンクを注文することができます。ソフトドリンクはマンゴーラッシーを注文しました。
ビリヤニのライスはバスマティライスでした。バスマティライスはスパイスが程よくきいていておいしかったです。チキンは骨がついているので、食べる時は注意が必要です。
豆カレーは細かく刻んだ豆が入っていました。
マンゴーラッシーは甘味があっておいしかったです。
値段はソフトドリンク込みで1150円です。

今年に入って、はじめてのビリヤニは、門前仲町にある｢Supreme｣で、チキンビリヤニをいただきました。
このお店の前身は｢ビニタ｣というインド料理店でした。
チキンビリヤニセットはライタ、豆カレー、サラダが標準装備としてつきます。別料金でソフトドリンクがつきます。マンゴーラッシーをいただきました。
チキンビリヤニのライスはバスマティライスでした。チキンは骨がついているので、食べる時は注意が必要です。
豆カレーは細かい豆がふんだんに入っていました。豆カレーとライタをビリヤニにかけながら食べるとおいしいです。
最後にマンゴーラッシーを飲みました。
食事を終えた後、会計を済ませてから帰路につきました。
