麺は細麺か太麺が選べる。太麺チョイス。
着丼まで8分。
鶏の旨みが出てる醤油スープと柔めの手揉み縮れの太麺が美味い。自分は結構好みの味。
口コミにあるスープの酸味はそこまでわからんかったけど、後味スッキリの感じはある。
トッピングもなかなかレベル高かったけど特に味玉が黄身の味が濃く良かった。
奄美大島の鶏飯に似たトッピング(錦糸たまご、椎茸、鶏ムネ肉)
ニューヨークではラーメン一杯平均3,000円ということは1,700円はもはやお得なのかも。
