照り焼は甘さ控えめで、鶏に味が染み染みです。皮の下に包丁で切れ目が入っているのが確認出来ます。鶏自体が、しっかりと締まった味わいです。また、一度オーブンなどで炙っていると思われる。

Today's lunch, I came to [Connoisseur Ginji] which is close to Kiba Station. Mr. Ginji, a connoisseur, is a `` Seafood'' Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). As I was passing by, I saw a sign for lunch, so I decided to stop by. Looking at the lunch menu, it seems that they offer Seafood Bowl, katsudon, curry, etc. (See photo) When I entered the store, there were about 80% of customers. There are quite a lot of table seats, so there are a fair number of customers. What's on the lunch menu today? Since this was my first visit to the store, I ordered the [Today's daily set meal] for 850 yen (tax included). I ordered today's order, but...it's a little late. Is it because there are a lot of customers? The chicken teriyaki set meal arrived. It looks good. Refills of rice are free, so eat as you please. Also, the chicken itself has a firm flavor and is chewy. If you eat it with the gelatin part of the skin, it's pretty good. The taste is average though. After eating about half of the chicken, I ordered another plate of rice and miso soup. The miso soup is just ``age'' and ``green onion,'' but it's delicious. I had to change it. Phew, I'm full. Thank you for the meal. I ordered the daily set meal!
